 When I first met Dr. H, I was filled with fear and panic. My dog Stella was suddenly unable to use one of her hind legs for no apparent reason. Dr. H calmly assessed the situation, promptly scheduled a home visit and thoroughly explained how acupuncture works. I was at ease when she assured me that we would know within 4 sessions if acupuncture could help improve Stella’s condition. I knew right then that she was honest and would not string me along for the sole purpose of expanding her business. 

 Thankfully, acupuncture worked almost immediately after the first session. It has been over 2 years since her initial treatment and Stella now receives maintenance treatments once every 3 months. Stella, who is known for being fearful and uncooperative, loves Dr. H and receiving acupuncture. I feed Stella treats during the session (she is highly food motivated) and Dr. H pays close attention to Stella’s reaction, adjusting the electro current as needed to maximize her comfort. I highly recommend Dr. H. She is a great educator and advocate, helping me identify when Stella needs additional treatment and follow up for other health related concerns too. Her services have added not just years but quality to my dog’s life.
